The Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS), through the Human Resource Development with Planning and Research Unit and the Information Technology Unit in the Schools Division Office, undoubtedly supports the interest and welfare of all employees in the Division and sees to it that all teachers are put in positive and conducive work place where they can strive to be at their best so that they can render better service to the public. In Addition, the OSDS targets to assure employees’ satisfaction so that they can work effectively and efficiently and can produce improved outputs.
